From The North. . .

Drive into the main center of Owaka where you will see the Catlins Cafe on your right and the lumberjack bar & Cafe stright ahead. Follow the main road around the left hand bend and you will see The Split Level Backpackers and Accommodation just up the road on your left.

From The South. . .

Drive directly into town and you will see The Split Level Backpackers and Accommodtion on your right, next to the Owaka St John and Fire Brigade and directly accross the road from the Telecom phone booth.
